People and Compliance Coordinator (Bay Pavilions – Batemans Bay, NSW)

Aligned Leisure are currently seeking applications for the position of People and Compliance Coordinator to be based at the Bay Pavilions in Batemans Bay, NSW.

This exciting and dynamic role will work to ensure the efficient administration of all human resource functions for the business including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll, training, staff engagement and people management.

The Coordinator will work closely with all department leaders to support the operation of the Eurobodalla Shire Council’s Bay Pavilions in Batemans Bay and Shire Pools in Moruya and Narooma.

These facilities form part of the Region’s diverse arts, leisure and recreation landscape, and are essential community assets where residents can connect in a happy, supportive and welcoming environment. Leading the way in this space will be Bay Pavilions – A $69m aquatics, arts, fitness and leisure facility opening in 2022 that will deliver a range of modern programs for Batemans Bay and the wider Eurobodalla community.

To support our team to thrive, this role will coordinate the efficient administration of people, compliance and contract functions for Aligned Leisure, and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legislation, contracts and policy, whilst working collaboratively with all stakeholders.
