Our Team Members

With our facilities starting to come back online, we’re beginning to see a number of our staff return to work to support our operations.


As part of our return to work program, all returning staff have now completed COVID-19 Training to support their safe return, and to learn about our new safety measures and protocols.


Unfortunately in this restricted operating environment many of our team remain stood down in the short term. However, we are pleased that all of our team remain employed, there have been no job losses, and look forward to welcoming everyone back when possible.


Aligned Leisure currently meets the Federal Government’s JobKeeper criteria, and we are delighted to provide the benefits of this scheme to many of our people to help support them and their families.


A recent COVID-19 team member survey shows that communication with our team members has been our most significant success during this tumultuous period. Our team have told us that overwhelmingly they feel supported, that we are making the appropriate decisions and that they have confidence in our leadership.


The connection with our team remains one of our greatest strengths and united we will return stronger than ever.

Customer Research - Coronavirus Attitudes

Consumer ResearchAs part of our ongoing connection to our customers, we conducted research into their attitudes to the Coronavirus, their likelihood to returning to our facilities and what safety measures they believe are vital to support their safe return.


With over 4,000 responses, this valuable research was considered when developing our reopening plans, safety measures and new protocols to ensure our customers continue to have confidence in our operations.

The COVIDsafe App

COVIDsafe LogoAligned Leisure is encouraging all customers and team members to download the Health Department’s COVIDSafe app. The app is designed to alert users if they have had close contact (15 minutes or more within 1.5 metres) with another person who tests positive for COVID-19.
