
The Customer Experience Captain will be required to work collaboratively with the Head of Customer Experience to deliver outstanding service and provide memorable experiences for our customers.
Assisting the Head of Customer Experience with the development of staff training sessions, in line with our strategic service plan they will be responsible for successfully resolving customer issues with a deep understanding of the pain points and providing resolution professionally and effectively.
Being the on ground leader providing visible leadership through direct customer facing presence, the Customer Experience Captain will have strong communication skills and be proactive when establishing and nurturing relationships.
