Ben Tudhope, Business Development Manager
Aligned Leisure announced today that Ben Tudhope has been appointed as the company’s inaugural Business Development Manager.
With over 13 years’ experience in the recreation industry, Tudhope has worked for and in partnership with a number of local government authorities and managed a variety of leisure facilities. Most recently, he was the Area Manager for the Active Moreland facilities.
Tudhope is also a Director of Aquatics and Recreation Victoria and currently convenes its Facility Management Standing Committee.
“I am excited to join the Aligned Leisure team in an exciting new role,” said Tudhope.
“Working with a new industry operator with a fresh outlook on leisure facility management is exciting. The Business Development Manager role will allow me to continue my industry wide outlook and work with new partners.”
The Business Development Manager appointment comes in the midst of a growth phase for Aligned Leisure, which now operates nine leisure facilities across the Cardinia and Nillumbik Shires.

Aligned Leisure is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club.
Tudhope will begin his new role on Monday, August 14.
