The Casey Leisure facilities are highly valued by the community and play a vital role in improving the overall physical, social and mental wellbeing of the community. The Casey Leisure Facilities attract over 3.5 million visitations each year and are considered an essential community service offered by Council.
ALISON NEIL
AREA MANAGER - CASEY LEISURE
Alison has more than 20 years of experience in sport, facility management, strategy, local government, and not-for-profit sectors, where she has developed and implemented successful initiatives and campaigns that build and strengthen communities. Her passion lies in customer service, social impact, and building strong communities.
A lifelong learner with a Graduate Certificate in Management, Alison is also trained in Dare to Lead. Her mission is to make active sports and physical activity accessible to all.
Alison brings a deep local knowledge and passion for sports, displayed by her leadership roles at the Doveton Outdoor Pool and Casey Cardinia Football Netball League. Following experience in aquatics and venue management, Alison held leadership positions at City of Casey, City of Stonnington, and City of Greater Dandenong.
Now, she’s thrilled to return home and lead Aligned Leisure at the Casey facilities, promoting community wellbeing through leisure opportunities.
