The $69 million Bay Pavilions is one of the largest and certainly most unique facilities in Australia. Opening in mid-2022 after receiving $51 million in grants from State and Federal Governments, the Bay Pavilions is a place of joy, a place of community and a place of well-being for body and mind. It is where art meets swimming, where workshops meet workouts, where drama meets play and where morning meets night.
Aligned Leisure manages all facets of the operation, from live performances for the 350-seat theatre to learn to swim programs and the entire fitness and wellness products.
The Eurobodalla community can also connect at the Narooma Swimming Centre and the Moruya War Memorial Pool which forms part of Aligned Leisure’s engagement.

Kellie has over seven years of experience in the aquatics and recreation industry. She began her career as a swimming instructor and lifeguard, demonstrating her dedication and passion for community health and safety. Her journey with Aligned Leisure commenced when the Bay Pavilions first opened, where she took on the role of Head of Facilities and Safety.
Kellie’s strong people management skills and extensive industry knowledge quickly became apparent, leading to her current position as the Arts & Leisure Manager of the Eurobodalla contract. In this role, she excels in dealing with people and addressing the needs of both staff and patrons in an open and honest manner.
Kellie is committed to nurturing a positive and engaging environment, ensuring that both the team and the community benefit from the services provided. Her professional objective is to continue challenging herself with opportunities that allow her to contribute her knowledge, skills, and experience.

Since Aligned Leisure’s commencement in 2016, not only has Council been incredibly satisfied as to the performance of the Cardinia Leisure Facilities, but their genuine partnership approach has led to many improved community health outcomes.
