Throughout the development of the state-of-the-art aquatic’s facility located at the St Kilda East Campus, Caulfield Grammar School appointed Aligned Leisure to drive the new operation’s to profitability and reduce the risk profile to the School.
Since commencing this partnership, Aligned Leisure now operates all aquatics, stadium sports and tennis facilities across Caulfield Grammar Schools three campuses. A dedicated Learn to Swim program was also launched in 2022 to provide talent pathways into competitive swimming within the Caulfield Aquatics Club.

CAULFIELD GRAMMAR LEISURE MANAGER
Dean has over 15 years’ experience in the Sport and Leisure Industry. He has a proven track record in developing relationships with schools, associations, sporting clubs and community groups to achieve positive outcomes for contract partners. Dean is passionate about increasing utilisation of sporting and community facilities.
Dean is one of our newest Leisure Managers. He oversees the Caulfield Grammar contract which includes their three Campuses at Caulfield, Wheelers Hill and Malvern. He works closely with the PE and sporting programs of the school, as well as making the most of the facilities by maximising community usage in areas such as learn to swim program, Caulfield Aquatics & pool hire.
