Rachael Vyner

ALBURY WODONGA LEISURE MANAGER

Rachael Vyner is the Leisure Manager for the Albury Wodonga Aquatic Facilities contract with Aligned Leisure, overseeing operations across four leisure and aquatic venues within the region.
 
With more than 15 years of experience in the leisure, aquatic, and fitness industry, Rachael brings extensive expertise in facility operations, customer experience, program delivery, and team leadership. She is passionate about providing safe, inclusive, and high-quality facilities that promote health, wellbeing, and community connection.
 
Rachael works closely with Councils, community stakeholders, user groups, and industry partners to enhance participation, accessibility, and positive community outcomes across the Albury Wodonga region. Her collaborative and people-focused leadership approach has helped foster strong workplace culture, engaged teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 
Through her leadership, Rachael remains focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and ensuring the Albury Wodonga Aquatic Facilities continue to meet the evolving needs of the community.

Our partnership with Aligned Leisure has grown from strength to strength in the last few years. Their commitment to support our clubs, provide quality services and facilities and assist throughout competitions and events has enabled the Oven and Murray Waterpolo Competition to grow in members and revenue yield.

I am incredibly proud of our partnership and how we tackle challenges together. This has been proven throughout the last year with numerous facility closures with bushfires and the pandemic. We look forward to a long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnership.
