Aligned Leisure works in partnership with the Manningham City Council on the continued growth of programs and the increased participation from the facilities and in the broader Manningham community.
Active Manningham makes a significant contribution to the physical activity and wellbeing of Manningham’s residents by delivering on Council’s strategies, plans and actions that encourage and support active and healthy living.

Shannon Mounsey is an accomplished people leader with a deep commitment to fostering connections and empowering communities to achieve health and well-being outcomes. With over 20 years of extensive experience in various facets of the leisure industry, including aquatics, customer service, fitness programming, operations, and stadiums, Shannon possesses a versatile skill set. Before joining Aligned Leisure, Shannon made significant contributions to organisations such as Brimbank City Council, Western Leisure Services, Peninsula Leisure, and Monash City Council.
Shannon leads the Manningham team across 10 beautiful venues to provide opportunities and access to programming for the local community. Working in close partnership with the Manningham City Council to ensure all offerings support the key Health and Wellbeing outcomes.
