Aligned Leisure takes our partner’s strategic plans and brings them to life through their valuable community assets.

Aligned Leisure will deliver the best value to our partners by aligning our programs and services with their important strategic plans, including local Municipal Health & Wellbeing Plan’s that highlight unique key community priorities.

Our programs and services are not about us, they are about our partners and they will at all times be in total alignment with the needs of the specific community that we are servicing.

Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure can deliver unprecedented additional value to our partners and build unique solutions to improve the health and wellbeing of communities.

Mental Health

Aligned Leisure takes a proactive, strengthening and resilience approach to improving the mental well-being of our communities.

We know that exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal.

By educating our people and communities, we can create welcoming and safe places for people suffering from mental health issues and develop a cohort who can help intervene when they recognise mental health symptoms.

Sports

Aligned Leisure is part of the most diversified sporting organisation in Australia. Aligned Leisure brings the sporting know-how of the Richmond Football Club to our engagement with grassroots sports. We recognise that sport is a huge part of the Australian culture and we work hard to create sporting moments for communities to come together, participate and thrive.

Our sporting management currently includes badminton, basketball, floorball, football, netball, squash, swimming, tennis, volleyball, and water polo.

Children’s Development

Instilling positive health and wellbeing behaviours is fundamental to developing confident, well-rounded children.

Aligned Leisure positively impacts children’s development through programs led by caring and nurturing staff. We offer development programs in child care and education, swimming and water safety, sports, fitness and our award-winning in-school development program Tiger Paw.

Aquatics & Fitness

Core to any leisure service are the delivery of aquatics and fitness programming.

Aligned Leisure does this by not only tailoring services in the fitness, health, sport, swimming, and wellbeing facilities we have been entrusted to manage but also taking these services beyond the four walls and meeting communities where they want to connect.

Leveraging the systems and know-how of the Richmond Football Club, the largest membership base in Australian sport, Aligned Leisure maximises participation and membership engagement.
