Aligned Leisure recently brought together 150 employees from across VIC and NSW to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its people at the second annual Aligned Leisure Awards, held at Richmond Football Club’s Maurice Rioli Room.
The evening brought together staff from across the organisation to recognise excellence, dedication and the positive impact Aligned Leisure people continue to have within their teams and communities. A remarkable 244 nominations were received across 18 award categories, reflecting the depth of talent and commitment across the business.
Aligned Leisure Chief Executive Officer, Ben Tudhope, said the awards were a testament to the organisation’s people-first culture.
Our people continue to support our success with their positive team culture. The breadth of staff recognised across these awards, really highlighted the number of terrific people we have. The work each does to contribute towards their local communities is profound and for us to be able to take the opportunity to bring people together from across our different areas and note these achievements was really important.
Ben Tudhope, Aligned Leisure Chief Executive Officer
Tudhope added that a staff member from each Aligned Leisure team had now been shortlisted as a finalist for the upcoming Yiooken Awards, to be held in May 2026. The Yiooken Awards recognise outstanding individuals who embody our purpose of Belonging, Thriving and Winning.
