Aligned Leisure Recognised at 2024 ARV Awards

Aligned Leisure is excited to congratulate our exceptional staff on their awards and nominations at the 2024 Aquatic and Recreation Victoria (ARV) Awards. The dedication, passion, and hard work of our team have once again been recognised across various categories, showcasing the outstanding talent within our organisation.

The Red Cliffs Outdoor Pool in Mildura was celebrated as the Seasonal Facility of the Year, acknowledging the facility’s outstanding service and community impact. Red Cliffs Swimming Pool was considered Victoria’s best seasonal facility for its authentic focus on community, and the passion from its people and patrons.

This award is truly a win for the entire Red Cliffs Community who have supported the pool in making it the vibrant, safe and welcoming place it is for all.

Mildura Waves earned a high commendation as the Health Club of the Year in recognition of its distinguished service to the industry, narrowly missing out on top honours in this category. Over the last 12 months, the Mildura Waves Health Club Team have come together to enhance the member experience through an expansion of membership and group fitness offerings, as well as major equipment upgrades.

Being recognised at such a high level for our small centre is a testament to the collective efforts of our passionate Health Club Team here at Mildura Waves in improving the lives of our community.

From Active Manningham, Kirra Mccague was honoured as the Lifeguard of the Year, a testament to her professionalism and dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons.

Her relentless approach and willingness to always stay aware and disciplined on the job resonates with our values to making our facility a safe and inclusive environment for all our members and patrons.
