CASEY LEISURE AREA MANAGER
Dean has over 18 years of experience in the Sport and Leisure industry, with a strong background in developing collaborative relationships with schools, associations, sporting clubs, and community groups to deliver positive outcomes for contract partners. He is passionate about maximising the utilisation of sporting and community facilities to benefit both stakeholders and the broader community.
Dean now serves as the Casey Leisure Area Manager with Aligned Leisure, where he leads the strategic direction of one of the nation’s largest leisure facilities management contracts, inclusive of seven facilities across the City of Casey. In this role, he works closely with the local council and community partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and increased community engagement across programs such as aquatics, health and fitness, and stadium sports. As a proud local resident of Casey himself, Dean is excited to be working to provide health and wellbeing opportunities in his own community.
