Aligned Leisure is pleased to announce the appointment of Shannon Mounsey as Manningham Leisure Manager.
Manningham Leisure Manager is a new key position at Aligned Leisure as part of the new partnership with Manningham Council, which will see Aligned Leisure manage facilities at 10 locations.
Shannon arrives with a wealth of experience, having led teams in all areas of leisure operations. Most recently, Shannon has worked with Brimbank City Council and Western Leisure Services. Before that, Shannon was General Manager- Centre Operations at Peninsula Leisure, a business she was a part of for five years.
Shannon has other experience spanning 10 years in different aquatic management and customer experience roles with City of Monash, Monash Aquatic Recreation Centre, Oakleigh Recreation Centre, and Clayton Aquatic & Health Club.
Aligned Leisure CEO, Shane Dunne, said that Shannon was well-regarded throughout the industry.
“Shannon was selected out of a strong field of applicants due to her proven focus on people, passion for connecting with the community, and vast experience,” he said.

Speaking of the appointment, Shannon said she was excited to commence in her new role.
